IronWorX Gym was born out of the necessity for local residents to be able to use a local fitness facilitywithout having to travel for the privelege of keeping fit and healthy. Being Hirwaun's first ever fully operational Gym facility we hope to create a friendly, welcoming environment with a warm, family atmosphere. The gym takes its name from the historic Ironworks that were once part of the village.

The aim of the IronWorX Gym is to
educate, motivate and inspire individuals to improve health , fitness and well-being.

Vision
IronWorX Gym promotes both health and fitness and ultimately well-being within the community. The fitness facility offers a weights area, functional fitness area, a cardio area and a fitness studio. There are over 30 classes available each week to both members and non members of all ages and abilities.
